We need an experienced CRM Consultant to build customized databases that transform the effectiveness of the environmental movement.

Responsibilities

Work with nonprofit customers to identify their CRM needs

Discover, document, and analyze key client organizational processes

Effectively plan and estimate time for CRM projects, working with the project management team on scheduling and resource use

Analyze and migrate existing client data from various platforms: Access, Excel, Filemaker, eTapestry, Raiser's Edge, etc.

Design and implement customized CRM databases on the Salesforce.com platform, using Visualforce and Apex code.

Provide training and ongoing support for customers: report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.

Support ONE/Northwest internal CRM needs for managing relationships with clients and funders

Contribute to development of a strategic vision of how the environmental sector can use CRM data to bring about positive change.
